1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Subh Property Fest promotional scheme ("Scheme") organized by Subh Housing ("Company"). By registering for the Scheme, participants agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the Subh Property Fest is open to:

  • Indian residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
  • Individuals with a valid government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Voter ID).
  • Persons who are not employees, directors, agents, or close relatives of Subh Housing or its associated partners.
  • Participation is strictly limited to 200 (Two Hundred) registered participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Registration & Payment

  • The Registration Amount is ₹50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees Only).
  • This amount is fully refundable as described in Section 5 of these Terms.
  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the full registration amount by the Company.
  • Participants must provide accurate and complete personal details at the time of registration. The Company reserves the right to disqualify registrations found to contain false or misleading information.
  • Slot booking is not transferable to any other individual or entity.

4. Special Benefits & Discounts

  • Registered participants are eligible for special benefits of up to ₹80 Lacs (Eighty Lakhs Rupees) in the form of discounts applicable on property purchases made through the Company during the Scheme period.
  • The discount amount, applicable properties, and terms of availing the discount shall be communicated to participants at the event.
  • Benefits are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Benefits are subject to availability and apply to specific projects/units as designated by the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify benefit structures with prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 The registration amount of ₹50,000 is fully refundable under the following conditions:

  • The participant attends the Scheme event and chooses not to proceed with a property purchase.
  • The Scheme event is cancelled by the Company for any reason.

5.2 Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of the event or cancellation, directly to the participant’s registered bank account or payment source.

5.3 No deductions will be made from the refund amount unless the participant is found to have violated these Terms.

5.4 Registration amounts are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or failure to attend the scheduled event without prior written intimation to the Company.

6. Lucky Draw & Mega Rewards

6.1 A Lucky Draw will be conducted during the event for registered participants. 20 (Twenty) lucky winners will be selected.

6.2 Prizes include, but are not limited to:

  • MG Hector (or equivalent cash value at the Company’s discretion)
  • Silver 500G
  • Gold Coin 8G
  • Abroad Trip for 2 (as specified by the Company)
  • iPhone 17 (or equivalent current model at time of event)

6.3 The Lucky Draw is open to all 200 registered participants present at the event.

6.4 Winners will be selected through a random draw process witnessed by representatives of the Company. The draw process is final and binding.

6.5 Prize values are indicative and subject to change. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents unless explicitly stated.

6.6 Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and statutory levies on prizes as per Indian law.

6.7 The Company’s decision on all Lucky Draw matters shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during the event. The Company reserves the right to disqualify and remove any participant who:

  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behaviour.
  • Misrepresents their identity or eligibility.
  • Attempts to tamper with or manipulate the Lucky Draw process.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants arising from their attendance at the event.
  • The Company is not responsible for any delay, modification, suspension, or cancellation of the Scheme due to force majeure, government directives, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • The Company’s maximum liability to any participant shall not exceed the registration amount paid by that participant.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, marketing material, and event-related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Subh Housing. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana.
  • The parties shall endeavour to resolve disputes amicably through mutual discussion before initiating legal proceedings.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes via the registered mobile number or email address. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
